Michele has helped me so much in our past few months together. I came to her feeling stuck and lost, having just entered a very different chapter in my life than I anticipated. I was scared and overwhelmed with the change, and didn't know where to start.

Michele helped me accept the change, make sense of it and practice gratitude for what I did have in life. Throughout our time together Michele coached me on relationships, career, spirituality and personal growth. She helped me shift my mindset and perspective to make me see that the world was happening for me and not to me.

She offered lots of tools, wisdom and just honestly cared so much about me and my wellbeing. She has been such a blessing to me these past few months, and has contributed immensely to my growth during a very pivotal time in my life.

Michele also helped me find clarity and hone in on my goals. I had a lot of broad visions for my future, and she helped me break them down and make them much more attainable and focused. She provided the perfect balance of comfort and understanding, while also pushing me past my comfort zone and exploring those not so comfortable areas of the future.

We worked a lot of limiting beliefs and fear that have held me back, and thanks to Michele, I am working on bringing a business to life that I never would have dreamed of a few months ago. She helped me believe in myself, and I am forever grateful for her coaching.

I had a chance to work with Michele on the She Rises Program

I had seen this tool before and actually had done a self evaluation.

What made this session special was Michele actually gave me guided questions to answer in order to fill out the wheel of life.

That is infinitely better than trying to do it on your own. The questions were very insightful and thought driven.

Once I had completed the wheel of life I had a chance to work with Michele again over my answers.

Michele guides you thoughtfully on this self evaluation. She never judges but is not afraid for you to discover what you might shy away from yourself.
