This checklist is a step-by-step process that outlines what needs to be completed to achieve your goal/project successfully. This was a process that I used to guide me to crossing the finish line in my first-ever ultra-marathon race in only 24 hours, 32 miles, and a total of 9000 ft climbed.
The first time I attempted this race I was not focused on this checklist and did not finish. This time here is me across the finish line with my son and my medal. 24 hours, 32 miles and approx. 9000 ft climbed at the age of 64.
